The next step is to review and sign your initial disclosures. The disclosures will be available on Rocket&#8217;s portal and will require a few simple steps to complete, including consenting to e-signature, e-signing, and providing intent to proceed. See below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net\/docs\/assets\/6048f87f00ec552d465f8853\/images\/636bda620fc1f6451107c88b\/file-qcIjuI33Oc.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-step-2-create-account-and-give-consent\">Step 2: Create Account and Give Consent&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can navigate to the Rocket portal by clicking the link in the email. Once on their site, you will be able to create an account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net\/docs\/assets\/6048f87f00ec552d465f8853\/images\/636bda9f66b6b15acd73a368\/file-YzJHvEKgZF.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After you click &#8220;Create My Account,&#8221; you will then be presented with an option to consent to e-disclosures and e-signing before you can continue into the Client Portal. See<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net\/docs\/assets\/6048f87f00ec552d465f8853\/images\/636bddf066b6b15acd73a37e\/file-rDJIIBzD9D.png\">If you wish to give your consent, you may select &#8216;I Accept&#8217;. If you do not wish to receive documents electronically you may select \u2018I Decline\u2019, which will result in the disclosures being mailed to the home address that you provided to Morty in your application. Please note that doing so can adversely affect your closing timeline and will disqualify you from the Closing Date Promise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-step-3-review-and-sign\">Step 3: Review and Sign<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your next step is to review and sign all initial disclosures. You can access all documents in the \u201cTasks\u201d section. You will also be asked to provide &#8216;Intent to Proceed&#8217;.&nbsp;By clicking &#8216;Yes&#8217; in Intent to Proceed, our team can move forward with the next steps for your loan. Providing intent is not a contractual commitment to Morty or Rocket Mortgage.
